GUARANTEE AND RETURNS:
At Babybeansprout, we proudly stand behind the quality of our products. Please understand that certain irregularities are inherent to the hand crafted nature of our products. If you are not completely satisfied, please fell free to return any unused item within 30 days of receipt. We only ask that you email orders@babybeansprout to receive a return authorization number. All other returns cannot be accepted. Please note that return shipping charges are non refundable. Customer is responsible for return freight. Refunds can only be credited back to the card used for purchase.

METHODS OF PAYMENT:
Credit card payments are accepted through Paypal. If you would prefer to send a check please note that your order will not ship until the check has cleared. Most orders ship between 7-10 business days from when the order was received. In the event a product is out of stock, we will attempt to contact you via phone.

Babybeansprout uses UPS for most shipping within the U.S. If you need something sent 2nd day or overnight, please call 802.318.2948 to make special arrangements. (see rush orders). Shipping charges are calculated automatically in the shopping cart and vary by price. In the event of delay, we will notify you by email. Items cannot be shipped to a PO box. Note: Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. We regret that we cannot ship outside the contiguous 48 States.

Please not that this charge is in addition to the shipping charges listed above. If delivery of a package is refused, rejected or returned for delivery failure, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges.

YOUR RECEIPT:
The majority of purchases from Babybeansprout are gifts, therefore, we never include the receipt with your order. You will be emailed a receipt after placing your order.

SALES TAX:
Sales tax will only be accessed for orders that are shipped within in the states of Maryland (6%) and Vermont (7%).
